Signing Day: GMC

By Dan Clasgens | Managing Editor

Middletown's Jalin Marshall made official by signing his LOI to play at Ohio State.

National Signing Day has come and gone and it was a big day inside the Greater Miami Conference with a plethora of players signing Letters of Intent to continue their football careers.

Middletown quarterback Jalin Marshall (5-11/196) was one of the nation’s most highly recruited players when he verbally committed to Ohio State. He will move to wide receiver for the Buckeyes.

Colerain saw several of its seniors sign on Wednesday, including offensive lineman Dylan Wiesman (6-4/280) who shifted gears a month ago, switching for Cincinnati to Tennessee.

The University of Kentucky plucked a few of the area’s top prospects, including Lakota West offensive lineman Kyle Meadows (6-5/270).

Hamilton linebacker Marcus Oliver (6-1/225) is heading to Indiana after a banner career for the Big Blue. His teammate, offensive lineman Ben Flick (6-5/280), opted to stay home and play for Cincinnati.

There are plenty more players that have made decisions or weighing their options. Stay tuned to TriStateFootball.com for all the latest news and follow us on Twitter @TSFootball for year-round updates.
