Flashes Offer Withrow's Howard

Withrow head coach Jim Place confirmed with TriStateFootball.com that Reggie Howard landed his first offer from Kent State.
The 6-foot-4, 220 pound linebacker recorded 5.0 sacks as a junior last fall.
"A bunch of our kids are getting serious looks," Place said about his Tigers' Class of 2014.
